BRIDGES is the acronym for “Building Research Initiatives for Developing and Generating Enterprising Solutions”. One of the most recent student societies to commence its work in XLRI, we attempt to promote an environment for research & paper writing among the student community at XLRI, thereby cultivating an approach for creative solution building. Envisioned in 1998, BRIDGES owes its inception to the need to promote and encourage research oriented work on the campus. BRIDGES started functioning in August 1999 as an informal committee, named RPC (Research Paper Committee).
