True to the spirit of the statement that the ultimate success parameter for Human Resource Development is the death of HR Department, organizations are increasingly becoming appreciative of the developmental role that their managers must play in developing employees. While many a line manager has that basic urge to develop the employees, more often than not they are handicapped by lack of professional knowledge and skills that are essential to play the HR role effectively. It is also very common for such managers occupying positions in the HR department in many organizations in India without having adequate professional qualifications. While experience might have been the backbone of effective performance in the corporate world of yesterday, knowledge and continuous learning is the mainstay amongst the best organizations of today.
It is against this backdrop that XLRI has started a consolidated programme in Human Resource Management in 2005. The programme aims to provide an opportunity for them to study and earn an Executive Diploma in HRM, while working, without interrupting their career.
The above stated objectives will be attained through:
An intensive programme useful from a corporate management view point
The examination and evaluation required for certification shall be carried out by XLRI Jamshedpur. The faculty members teaching their respective courses will choose the method of evaluation most appropriate to the material. After successful completion of the Programme, the participants will be awarded an “Executive Diploma in HRM” directly by XLRI Jamshedpur.
On successful completion of our long duration programmes, you will be awarded with the XLRI alumni status and you may avail all the related benefits (be a part of the alumni meets, chapters etc.).

General instructions for admission into "Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management" (EDHRM) 2021 of XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Applicants should note that registration for EDHRM 2021 is the preliminary step towards applying to XLRI EDHRM Programme.
Applicants for EDHRM 2021 can choose to pay online using net banking.

While filling up the RTGS/NEFT form, please fill up the account number field as XLRIAC followed by XLRI Registration ID and first name without any space. For example, if the ID is 1065 and Name is JAYA VIJAY then you have to mention the account number as XLRIAC1065JAYA.
