Confederation of Indian Industry - Young Indians

A committee for social causes with a taste of fun. Young Indians (Yi), a wing of the Confederation of Indian Industry, is a movement for Indian youth to come together to lead, co-create and influence India's future. Created in 2008, the committee is a platform for XLRI students and young Indians to work towards realising the dream of a developed nation. Through the years, CII Yi has grown into a committee where students get to work through its events with one of the largest stakeholder bases, from the crowd of Jamshedpur to the district administration, to the faculty of XLRI, to eminent personalities across the country. Through impactful cultural events, we strive to shape a future where young leaders are not only skilled professionals but also compassionate changemakers
