Course Pedagogy
Pedagogy & Learning Approach
A very intensive programme useful from a corporate management viewpoint. The programme spans 12 months of intense learning, including a campus study module at the XLRI campus and the remaining modules delivered on the Erulearning direct-to-desktop platform.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria
This programme is designed for senior professionals and leaders with significant managerial experience. Applicants must meet the minimum eligibility requirements and clear the XLRI selection process.
- Graduate (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) in any discipline from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience after graduation, as on the registration date.

Fee Structure
Programme Fee
The total programme fee is INR 4,00,000 (exclusive of registration fee of INR 2,500 + GST). The fee can be paid in six instalments plus GST as applicable.

Campus Visit
In-Campus Immersion Module
Participants get the opportunity of staying at the XLRI, Jamshedpur campus for intensive campus learning. The programme includes a five-day campus visit. The exact date and schedule will be announced well in advance so participants can plan leave from their respective organizations.
- During the campus stay, participants will take part in intensive classroom and group learning sessions.
- The dates of the in-campus immersion sessions will be communicated after the Jharkhand State Government permits Higher Education Institutions to conduct in-campus sessions and programmes.
- Attendance to the In-Campus module is mandatory for all participants.
- The in-campus modules are subject to prevailing conditions at the time, including pandemic or other unavoidable reasons. If required, adequate alternate options for the in-campus modules will be made available via online sessions.

Assessment and Evaluation
Attendance, Evaluation & Certification
A minimum of 80% attendance in the LIVE lectures of each course is a prerequisite for the successful completion of the programme.
If attendance at live lectures falls below 50% for any course, participants will be required to repeat the course.
- Periodic evaluations are conducted throughout the programme to ensure continuous engagement and learning.
- Evaluation methods may include quizzes, assignments, term papers, projects, case studies, dissertations, and other objective or subjective assessments.
- The faculty members teaching their respective courses will choose the evaluation method most appropriate to the course content.
- An end-term examination for each course will be conducted on Sundays. Examination slot timings will be communicated on the Induction Day. All examinations will be conducted online.
Participants who successfully meet the attendance requirements and evaluation criteria will be awarded a Certificate of Completion by XLRI Jamshedpur.

After successful completion of the programme, participants will be conferred the “Executive Diploma in Advanced Business Strategies for CXOs” directly by XLRI Jamshedpur.
