The online sessions are delivered through a state-of-the-art virtual classroom platform operated by XLRI’s technical partners. The platform features a powerful user interface that enables a large number of geographically dispersed participants to engage in a highly interactive one-to-one exchange with the faculty.

The system integrates live video broadcast, two-way audio, and real-time data interactivity, allowing participants to watch, engage, and interact with faculty in a true virtual classroom environment. Conceptual discussions, case discussions, and panel discussions form the primary modes of learning on the platform.

Participants are expected to stay on the XLRI campus for five days of intensive in-campus learning. The exact dates and schedule are communicated to participants well in advance, enabling them to plan and arrange leave from their respective organizations.

During their stay on campus, participants are required to take part in intensive classroom sessions and structured group learning activities. These sessions are designed to deepen conceptual understanding, encourage peer learning, and facilitate meaningful interaction with faculty and fellow participants.

The examination and evaluation process required for certification is carried out by XLRI Jamshedpur.

The faculty members teaching their respective courses determine and adopt the method of evaluation that is most appropriate to the course content and learning objectives.

Upon successful completion of the programme requirements, the Postgraduate Certificate is awarded directly by XLRI Jamshedpur, reinforcing the academic rigour and institutional credibility of the programme.

Upon successful completion of XLRI’s long duration programmes, participants are awarded the XLRI Alumni Status.
