Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Leadership (PGCSL)
The Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) arm of XLRI offers a portfolio of 12-month consolidated course in Senior Leadership. The programme aims to provide an opportunity to study and earn a Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Leadership (PGCSL) while working.
The programme is being offered by XLRI in collaboration with its technical partner Jaro for the virtual classroom.

Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Leadership (PGCSL)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 format) along with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification work experience.

Fee Structure
Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Leadership (PGCSL)
The total course fee for the Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Leadership (PGCSL) programme is ₹4,50,000/-.
The fee can be paid in five instalments, plus GST as applicable.

Campus Visit
In-Campus Immersion Module
Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Leadership (PGCSL)
Participants get the opportunity of staying at XLRI, Jamshedpur for 5 days of intensive campus learning. The exact date and schedule will be announced well in advance so that participants can arrange leaves from their respective organizations.
- During the campus stay, participants will take part in intensive classroom and group learning sessions.
- Attendance to the In-Campus module is mandatory for all participants.
- The in-campus modules are subject to the conditions that prevail at the point of time.

Assessment and Evaluation
Examination & Evaluation
Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Leadership (PGCSL)
The examination and evaluation required for certification shall be carried out by XLRI Jamshedpur.
The faculty members teaching their respective courses will choose the method of evaluation most appropriate to the course content and learning objectives.

Certification
After successful completion of this program, students will be conferred with "Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Leadership Management” directly by XLRI Jamshedpur.

XLRI Alumni Status & Benefits

On successful completion of the long duration programme, participants will be awarded the XLRI Alumni status.
Alumni may avail all related benefits, including participation in alumni meets, regional chapters, and other alumni engagement activities.
