NHRD
The NHRD XLRI Jamshedpur Chapter is constituted with the mandate to establish a pioneering, fully student-led chapter of the National HRD Network within the institute, thereby reinforcing XLRI's longstanding leadership in the field of Human Resource Management. Functioning under the mentorship of NHRDN and with oversight from designated faculty advisors, the committee shall operate through an core student body, assuming responsibility for conceiving, planning, and executing initiatives that advance professional competencies, industry engagement, and community impact. Its core objectives include fostering experiential learning through structured events, live projects, and summits; facilitating direct interaction with senior HR leaders across sectors; cultivating leadership, problem-solving, and collaborative capabilities; and building a cohesive peer network aligned to the highest professional standards. The committee shall further act as a conduit between student aspirations, academia and evolving industry practices, ensuring the chapter contributes meaningfully to both institutional excellence and the advancement of the HR profession nationally.
