In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, traditional approaches to performance management no longer meet the needs of organizations and their employees. To stay ahead, companies must adopt new age performance management strategies that focus on continuous improvement, employee development, and fostering a culture of feedback and innovation. Strategic Performance Management for the New Age is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to implement effective performance management practices in modern day organizations. Through a comprehensive curriculum, participants will gain insights into the purpose and process of performance monitoring and management, as well as explore innovative approaches that align with the demands of remote work and hybrid teams.

Course Pedagogy
Classes will be conducted through LIVE lectures that will be beamed online via internet to student desktops/laptops or classrooms using Direct To Device platform. The pedagogy will comprise of lectures and case discussions imparted by XLRI's HR faculty. Select industry experts will also be invited to provide practical insights. The concepts of performance management will be explained using examples drawn from real life. Participants will also get an opportunity to work on live projects.
Assessment
There are periodic evaluations built in throughout the duration of the course. These maybe in the form of a quiz, assignment, project, case studies or other objective/subjective assessments. The evaluations are designed to ensure continuous student engagement with the course and encourage learning.
Certification
A min attendance criteria of 70% is required to be fulfilled by participants. Passing qualification for the program will be based on (a) attendance requirement (b) mandatory number of experiential assignment submissions and (c) project submission. Participants who successfully complete the same will be awarded a certificate of completion by XLRI. Participants who are unable to clear the evaluation criteria but have the requisite attendance will be awarded a participation certificate by XLRI.

How to Register
To register for the Short Term Course, Executive Development Programme in Strategic Performance Management of XLRI, Jamshedpur;
- Online Application - Candidates are expected to submit Online Application Forms along with the admission fee of Rs. 30000 + Tax (for Indian Participants) to register for the Short Term Courses offered by XLRI Jamshedpur in association with VC Now.
- Registration - Candidates are requested to register by clicking on the Register button.
- Payment - Online applicants may use their "Log in ID" and "Password" to make their payment online.
- For the Credit Card Payment , the bank charges will be borne by the participants
- Certificate will be awarded based on the financial clearance
- Application Fees - Post registering successfully, candidates are expected to make an online payment of Rs. 30000 + Tax.
- Last date to apply - The last date for the payment of online application fees together with the first installment is 15-Feb-2024.
- Information details - Any application with incomplete information (eg: without photograph, educational details and details related to your work experience etc.) will not be accepted.
- Eligibility
- For Indian Participants - For Indian Participants - Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline
- HR Executives with work experience of 5 years or more (after graduation)
- For International Participants - Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University With min 5 years of work experience
