Course Details
The current business environment faces transformational challenges owing to multiple factors: digital disruption, blurring of industry boundaries, evolving regulation and globalisation. This programme provides a comprehensive set of tools/frameworks/strategies to manage these transformational challenges. This program aims to enable participants to :
- Develop the ability to have an integrated cross-functional approach to decision-making in an environment of uncertainty
- Be able to appreciate challenges faced by change agents and understand sources of challenges
- Be equipped with the knowledge and ability to manage an environment of turnaround and strategic transformation of their organizations
- Be equipped with the ability to implement and manage stakeholders associated with the tum around and transformation process

- CAMPUS VISIT: Two campus visit to XLRI, Jamshedpur of 5 days(each) during the entire programme.
Assessment
A minimum of 70% attendance is required in the Live Online Teaching sessions and the Campus Immersion to successfully complete the course. The faculty members teaching their respective courses will choose the method of evaluation most appropriate to the material. Regular Quizzes will be conducted online.
Certification
Participants will be awarded a completion certificate from XLRI on successfully completing all evaluation components and having minimum attendance of 70%. Participants who successfully complete all evaluation components but having attendance less than 70 % but more than 50% shall be awarded a participation certificate.

How to Register
To register for the Short Term Course, Senior Executive Certificate in Business Transformation Strategies of XLRI, Jamshedpur;
- Online Application - - Candidates are expected to submit Online Application Forms along with the application fee of Rs. 2500/- + GST to get themselves registered for the e-MDP Programs offered by XLRI Jamshedpur in association with Eruditus.
- Registration - Candidates are requested to register by clicking on the Register button.
- Payment - Online applicants may use their "Log in ID" and "Password" to make their payment online.
- For the Credit Card Payment , the bank charges will be borne by the participants
- Certificate will be awarded based on the financial clearance
- Last date to apply - The last date for the Online application along with the application fee is 15 February 2020 .
- Information details - Any application with incomplete information (eg: without photograph, educational details and details related to your work experience etc.) will not be accepted.
- Eligibility
- For Indian Participants - Graduates (10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline.
- At least eight years of work experience in a managerial role.
